Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Market Support Champion to drive orientation, onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring for colleagues across the market. You will partner with Market Leadership, Continuous Improvement, and Learning & Development to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.

You will serve as the in-market subject matter expert for center roles, deliver role-specific training, and guide new hires through onboarding while continuously assessing and improving training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• Experience delivering formal and informal training.
• Experience in project management and record-keeping preferred.
• Clinical knowledge preferred; experience as Medical Assistant or RN to guide training in centers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-market subject matter expert and eCW Super User for key center roles.
• Deliver training and onboarding sessions for role clarity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver role-specific training.
• Support new hires through onboarding processes.
• Assess training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor market adoption of ArchWell Health standards and workflows and report findings to leadership.
• Act as in-market learning governance representative for opportunities and resourcing decisions.
• Communicate clearly to ensure learning initiatives are embraced.
• Foster growth mindset and continuous learning culture in market.
• Stay up to date with ArchWell Health processes and industry trends to deliver impactful training.
• Meet performance targets for operations and learning delivery.
• Occasionally cover Market Launch Champion with required overnight travel; routine travel within the market.
