Job summary

ArchWell Health, LLC is seeking a Market Support Champion to lead in-market training, onboarding, and coaching for clinical colleagues. You will partner with Market Leadership, Continuous Improvement, and Learning & Development to drive learning initiatives aligned with market goals.

The role requires facilitating role-specific trainings, supporting new hires, and measuring training effectiveness while traveling within the market as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in formal and informal training delivery preferred.
• Experience in project management and record-keeping preferred.
• Clinical knowledge preferred; experience as Medical Assistant or RN to guide training in centers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-market SME and eCW Super User for center roles.
• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions to ensure clear understanding of roles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver role-specific training.
• Provide support to new hires through the onboarding process.
• Assess training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Observe market adoption of ArchWell Health standards and report findings to leadership.
• Act as the in-market learning governance representative for opportunity identification and resourcing.
• Communicate clearly to ensure learning initiatives are embraced by all.
• Promote growth mindset and continuous learning within the market.
• Stay up to date with ArchWell Health processes and best practices.
• Meet performance targets measured by KPIs for operations and learning delivery.
• Cover Market Launch Champion; some overnight travel; routine travel within market.
