Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Market Support Champion to lead orientation, onboarding, and training across our centers. You will work with Market Leadership, Continuous Improvement, and Learning & Development to deliver role-specific training and ensure staff understand their responsibilities and workflows.

You will partner with governance leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, promote a growth mindset, and ensure learning aligns with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and coach diverse staff.
• Experience with EMR workflows and clinical environments preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Growth mindset and champions of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-market subject matter expert and eCW Super User for center roles.
• Facilitate training and onboarding sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver role-specific training.
• Support new hires through onboarding and coaching.
• Assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor adoption of ArchWell Health standards and workflows.
• Act as learning governance representative in market.
