Job summary

360care is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to maintain patient demographics and related information across regions. You will update the EMR with demographic, beneficiary, insurance, facility, and referring provider data, ensuring accuracy for billing and operations.

The role requires strong data entry and computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to HIPAA/PHI confidentiality. Experience in a medical office is helpful. Local Perrysburg/Toledo area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain NPI numbers for referring providers.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain timely workload.
• Adhere to HIPAA/PHI confidentiality.
