The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and the ability to prioritize workloads. Legal eligibility to work in the United States and proximity to Perrysburg/Toledo are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and computer skills are essential.
• Must reside in Perrysburg/Toledo area and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Healthcare/medical office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient demographics, responsible party, insurance, and provider data into the EMR.
• Update addresses when information changes and document actions in EMR.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA/PHI and comply with the compliance program.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external contacts.
