Team1Medical is seeking a detail-oriented EMR Data Entry Specialist for a short-term assignment in Seven Hills, OH. You will manually transfer patient information from two existing EMR systems into a new EMR, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements include prior EMR/EHR data entry experience, strong typing, and the ability to navigate multiple EMR platforms. The position runs Tuesday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, for 1–2 weeks with weekly pay options. HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

Prior EMR/EHR data entry or medical records experience preferred.
Strong typing, data entry accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to learn and navigate multiple EMR systems.
Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA practices.

Responsibilities

Manually transfer patient information from two existing EMR systems into a new EMR.
Review source records and enter patient data accurately and completely.
Navigate two EMR platforms, including one with a less user-friendly interface.
Verify entered information against original records and correct data entry errors.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
Complete assigned records efficiently during the 1-2 week project.
