Job summary

Support Solutions Of The Mid-south Llc. is hiring to provide compassionate support to individuals with disabilities in home and community settings.

You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, and community integration while maintaining safety and confidentiality. Position offers a starting pay of $16.00 per hour with weekly pay, plus a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a $300 referral bonus for successful referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and able to read and write effectively.
• High school diploma or GED is required for ECF staff.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record are required.
• Must pass state/local background, abuse registry checks, and trainings.
• Must complete all training requirements and maintain current certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily routines to supported individuals.
• Assure safe transport to events, job sites, and medical appointments.
• Document daily shift notes in electronic records as required.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and activities of daily living.
• Protect confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries.
