Job summary

Support Solutions in Knoxville, TN is seeking compassionate aides to provide support to individuals with disabilities, helping them lead self-directed lives and develop daily living skills in home and community settings.

You will follow ISP guidance, assist with personal care, meal preparation, documentation, and transportation, while upholding confidentiality and safety standards; wage is $15.37/hour with a $300 signing bonus after 90 days/390 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to read/write effectively.
• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license.
• Background checks and driving record must meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and daily routines per ISP.
• Support community integration and empower self-direction.
• Provide transportation using agency or personal vehicles.
• Maintain records and complete daily shift notes in electronic system.
• Uphold confidentiality and follow customer service standards.
