You will support daily living activities, possibly transport to activities, and document progress while maintaining a safe environment. Strong communication and English skills are essential; CPR/FA and TB screening are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/FA certification is required.
• TB screening is required.
• Active driver’s license is required.
• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal prep, and household chores.
• May transport clients to and from community activities.
• Support individuals in achieving developmental goals and fostering independence.
• Encourage community participation and accompany individuals on outings and social activities.
• Document observations and progress on goals and ensure a safe environment for clients.
