Qualifications

• NCI/CPI Training
• CPR/FA
• TB screening
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal prep, and household chores
• May transport clients to and from community activities
• Support individuals in achieving their developmental goals and fostering independence
• Encourage community participation and accompany individuals on outings and social activities
• Document observations and progress on specific goals and ensure a safe environment for client
