Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to document observations using mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal prep, and household chores.
• May transport clients to and from community activities.
• Support individuals in achieving developmental goals and fostering independence.
• Encourage community participation and accompany individuals on outings and social activities.
• Document observations and progress on specific goals and maintain a safe environment for clients.
