Odyssey House Louisiana, Inc. is seeking a full-time Employment Specialist Case Manager in New Orleans, LA. The role supports individuals experiencing homelessness to obtain financial independence through coaching, job readiness training, placement, and retention support.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with collaboration across housing, mental health, and shelter

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Human Services, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify job seekers' history, skills, goals, barriers to employment.
• Partner with individuals to create employment goals and timelines.
• Assist with resume/cover letters, job applications, online searches, and interview prep.
