Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. seeks an Employment Development Specialist to design and implement community-based employment plans for youth and adults with disabilities under a multi-year grant. The role emphasizes connecting individuals with jobs, coordinating with counselors, and providing ongoing support to improve retention and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in psychology, Human Services or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1 year of related experience with adults with disabilities or similar population.
• 1 year of supported employment, job development, coaching, or vocational support experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and assessments to establish employment goals and plans.
• Provide job development services and connect to training/education resources.
• Deliver post-employment services including coaching and follow-up.
• Build relationships with employers, agencies, and vendors.
• Complete and submit monthly reports and documentation on time.
