Chrysalis is a Utah-based organization focused on supporting at-risk adults and youths with intellectual disabilities through customized employment services.

As an Employment Coach under the Supportive Employment Specialist, you will conduct discovery, plan job search, develop opportunities, negotiate placements, train individuals, supervise on the job, and provide post-employment support to maximize independence.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Eligible to drive per Chrysalis policy.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate effectively with the individual's team and employer.
• Provide customized employment services including discovery, job search planning, and post-employment support.
• Supervise individuals in their jobs and ensure safety.
• Establish relationships with employers and train individuals on required duties.
• Complete necessary administrative tasks and documentation.
