Qualifications

• Bachelore2s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or justice-involved youth is highly desirable.
• Must have valid drivere2s license and be able to travel statewide.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized job coaching and employment support
• Assist with onboarding, workplace integration, and skill development
• Design and implement accommodations for varied learning and ability needs
• Advocate for justice-involved youth and individuals with disabilities in employment settings
• Build and maintain productive relationships with employers
• Track progress, complete documentation, and support long-term job retention
