Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking an Employment Coach to deliver customized employment services to adults and/or youths with disabilities. You will conduct discovery, plan job searches, develop and negotiate placements, and provide post-employment support within Chrysalis policies.

The role requires communicating with teams, coordinating schedules, and coaching individuals toward independence while documenting outcomes for state compliance. Training includes CPR/First Aid and ongoing certifications.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Criminal background check required.
• English reading/writing proficient.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with the individual's team and employer.
• Maintain oversight of individuals and worksite schedules.
• Promote independence using coaching techniques.
• Build professional relationships with employers.
• Teach daily living skills related to the job.
• Create opportunities to improve quality of life at work.
• Document employment records and required state paperwork.
• Balance a caseload of 8-15 individuals with customized approaches.
