Chimes DC Brand is seeking a compassionate Job Coach / Employment Support Specialist to provide individualized coaching, skills training, and ongoing supports for employees with disabilities. This role emphasizes person-centered services, dignity through work, and long-term employment success, partnering with employees, families, supervisors, and managers to enable success and growth.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one, strengths-based job coaching and skills training.
• Support individuals in learning job tasks, building workplace routines, and increasing independence.
• Observe work performance and recommend strategies, accommodations, or training.
• Meet regularly with employees and supervisors to review goals, progress, and supports.
• Assist individuals interested in advancement, additional training, or job changes.
• Conduct regular site visits for coaching, support, and follow-up.
