Job summary

EP!C is seeking dependable, compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Host Home, Supported Living, and Apartment settings.

This position delivers relief and direct care to ensure consistent, meaningful daily life activities, helping individuals build independence and life skills, while following each Person-Centered Plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Required automobile insurance.
• Frequent walking and sitting; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, compassionate, and person-centered support to individuals with I/DD.
• Support individuals in Host Home, Supported Living, and Apartment settings.
• Provide relief coverage when providers or guardians are away.
• Supervise and support individuals during assigned shifts in home and community.
