Out of the Box Solutions is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work one-on-one with individuals with ID/DD, assisting with daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals. The role emphasizes respectful, person-centered care and empowering independence.

The position offers a flexible schedule, the chance to make a meaningful impact daily, and a supportive team environment focused on dignity and individualized plans.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Must pass all state-required background checks and meet ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain).

Responsabilités

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with client).
• Help clients engage with community.
• Follow care plans and goals.
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Complete notes and documentation.
