Job summary

AGES Learning Solutions LLC seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA services to individuals with autism across clinic, home, school, and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement treatment plans and support skill development while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role requires collaboration with families and team members, adherence to ethical standards, and ongoing professional training. Based across multiple client sites, hours may vary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred
• Able to travel to multiple sites and client homes
• Background checks and health screenings required (TB, vaccination if requested)
• Criminal record and Child Abuse Registry checks required

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality 1:1 ABA services to clients with autism in clinic, home, school, and community settings under a BCBA supervision.
• Implements individualized treatment and skill-building programs.
• Applies behavior intervention strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and increase adaptive skills.
• Accurately collects and documents client data and session notes.
