Job summary

Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington seeks a Case Manager for the Young Adult Housing Program (YAHP). You will provide rental assistance and intensive case management for youth aged 18–24, helping them learn skills to achieve self-sufficiency and unsubsidized housing.

The role requires travel across Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, and Columbia Counties and collaboration with landlords and housing authorities to secure housing opportunities. Strong data entry and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, psychology, social work, or related field required.
• 1+ year of experience working with teens and young adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide rental assistance and intensive case management for youth aged 18–24.
• Engage with youth to build self-sufficiency for unsubsidized housing.
• Travel across Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, and Columbia Counties.
• Develop relationships with landlords and housing authorities to secure housing opportunities.
• Educate youth on tenant rights and responsibilities.
• Enter data into the homeless client management system and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with other program staff for coordinated service delivery.
