Job summary

You will help maintain merchandising standards, stock readiness, safety, and a positive store culture. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares items for the sales floor.
• Performs store recovery and maintains cleanliness and safety on the floor.
• Adheres to labor laws and company policies.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and other duties as assigned.
