Job summary

Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our Shelbyville, Indiana team. An active or pending state SLP license is required, and a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program is mandatory.

You will evaluate patients, develop and deliver therapy plans for articulation, language, voice and swallowing, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient

Qualifications

• Must have an active state SLP licensure or be eligible for licensure
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• 0-1 years of experience (as indicated)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy strategies
• Maintain documentation in compliance with policies and regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Other duties as assigned
