Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students with communication challenges in school settings. You will conduct evaluations, develop interventions, deliver therapy, and monitor progress.

We offer flexible scheduling (FT/PT/AS-NEED), competitive pay starting at $53 per hour, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) matching, professional development, and referral bonuses. Texas licensure and CCC-SLP required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs: conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify student needs for therapy services.
• Communicate findings: share evaluation results with parents and district personnel clearly and compassionately.
• Develop interventions: collaborate with ARD committee to create evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Provide therapy: deliver therapy services or supervise assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress: maintain accurate records and adjust interventions based on data.
• Support team: participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students.
