Qualifications

• Requires valid TASN paraprofessional license or 60 college credits and paraprofessional exam options.
• Knowledge of students with various disabilities; English grammar and spelling; basic mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instruction of students with disabilities under the supervision of a teacher.
• Provide one-on-one tutoring to reinforce concepts.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care as needed.
• Record student behavior and assist with class materials.
• Accompany students and teachers on field trips and during activities.
