Qualifications

• Native American preference observed for Kickapoo tribal members and qualified members.

Responsibilities

• Help clients identify barriers and connect them with services.
• Conduct home visits and complete intake forms to create self-sufficiency plans.
• Create referrals to meet client needs and maintain records for reporting.
• Communicate effectively with clients in English and Spanish.
