Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate School Psychologist to empower students and schools in Texas. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology and possess an active Texas license, with internship completion as part of the credentialing.

Bilingual skills are preferred but not required. You will conduct psycho-educational evaluations, review findings with parents and district staff, develop ARD-supported interventions, deliver IEP-aligned therapy,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited School Psychology program.
• Active license to practice as a School Psychologist in Texas.
• Successful completion of an internship in School Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Psychological and/or Psycho-Educational evaluations to determine students’ eligibility for specialized services.
• Review evaluation results with parents and district personnel, offering clear and compassionate guidance.
• Collaborate with the ARD committee to design targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Deliver therapy services as outlined in students’ IEPs.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and use data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to advocate for and support students’ needs.
