Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a School Psychologist in Texas to assess and address students’ psychological and educational needs. You will conduct evaluations, review results with families and district staff, and collaborate on intervention plans integrated with IEPs.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, data-driven progress monitoring, and active participation in ARD meetings to advocate for students’ needs. A license in Texas is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited School Psychology program.
• Active license to practice as a School Psychologist in Texas.
• Successful completion of an internship in School Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Evaluations: Psychological and/or Psycho-Educational evaluations to determine eligibility for services.
• Communicate Findings: Review evaluation results with parents and district personnel, providing clear guidance.
• Develop Interventions: Collaborate with ARD committee to design evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Provide Therapy: Deliver therapy services as part of IEPs.
• Monitor Progress: Maintain records and adjust interventions based on data.
• Support Team: Participate in ARD meetings and conferences to advocate for students.
