Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics seeks a School Psychologist to assess and address students’ psychological and educational needs. You will conduct evaluations, communicate findings to families and district staff, and collaborate with the ARD team to design targeted interventions.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy per IEPs, monitoring progress, and maintaining thorough records. A Texas license and internship completion are required with bilingual preference.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited School Psychology program.
• Active license to practice as a School Psychologist in Texas.
• Successful completion of an internship in School Psychology.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Psychological and/or Psycho-Educational evaluations to determine eligibility for services.
• Review evaluation results with parents and district personnel, offering clear guidance.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to design evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance student performance and access to education.
• Deliver therapy services as outlined in students’ IEPs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students’ needs.
