Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a School Psychologist in Texas to assess and address students’ psychological and educational needs. You will conduct evaluations and communicate findings with parents and district personnel, offering compassionate guidance.

You will develop evidence-based interventions with the ARD team to enhance student performance and access to education, and deliver therapy per IEPs while monitoring progress and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree or higher from an accredited School Psychology program.
• Licensure: Active license to practice as a School Psychologist in Texas.
• Experience: Completion of an internship in School Psychology.
• Language Proficiency: Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Psychological and/or Psycho-Educational evaluations to determine eligibility for services.
• Review evaluation results with parents and district personnel; provide clear guidance.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to design targeted interventions to improve student outcomes.
• Deliver therapy services as outlined in IEPs.
• Maintain accurate progress records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and related discussions to support students.
