Job summary

Metrocare Services seeks a School Based Youth Clinical Case Manager II to deliver psychosocial and rehabilitative services for children and families with serious emotional disturbance. Role involves in-person and virtual care, coordination with ISDs, and 60-70% field-based work to maximize functioning.

Required are a bachelor’s in human services (or a master’s with limited experience), strong communication, and trauma-informed practice. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services with 1+ years’ MH/MR experience or Master’s with 0–2 years’ experience.
• Experience with trauma-informed services preferred, including Seeking Safety, IMR, and MI.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct intervention and clinical services in a school-based setting to clients referred by contracted schools.
• Facilitate educational groups for facility, parents, and students; crisis intervention.
• Conduct individual skills sessions during the school day or after school.
• Assist with scheduling and collaboration of telephone and virtual psychiatric evaluations and clinical appointments.
