PALS OHIO, LLC. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide day shift in-home care and supervision for adults with developmental disabilities in Ohio. You’ll implement an individualized service plan, support daily living activities, and promote independence in a compassionate, people-first environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and consistent documentation while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor and completing required trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Ohio driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule and supervise adults with developmental disabilities.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare experience or working with individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely provide transportation as needed.
• Supervise and assist individuals in home/community settings.
• Maintain program documentation, transportation logs and billing records.
• Attend staff meetings and promote a supportive environment.
• Complete required trainings such as CPR, First Aid and Crisis Intervention.
