Open Sky Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Residential Counselor to support individuals in residential and community settings, promoting independence and quality of life.

You will assist with daily living activities, skill-building, transportation access, and community involvement, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment. The role emphasizes person-centered plans, documentation accuracy, and strong advocacy for clients.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals in daily living activities and skill development to promote independence.
• Support community integration and meaningful relationships.
• Help individuals access transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote inclusion, growth, and valued social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment; complete documentation timely.
