Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Residential Counselor to provide direct care, guidance, and skill-building support in residential and community-based settings. You will help individuals with daily living activities, transportation, and personal goals, while promoting safety and well-being.

The role emphasizes advocacy, community engagement, and supporting self-determination for individuals served, with a focus on inclusive, trauma-informed practices within our organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered service plans and support their implementation.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goals.
• Assist individuals with transportation and community resources as needed.
• Promote community inclusion, relationships, and valued social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for individuals served.
• Review, complete, and maintain required documentation accurately and timely.
