Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks a Residential Counselor to support individuals in achieving greater independence in residential and community settings. You will assist with daily living, goal attainment, and community participation, while ensuring a safe, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing person-centered plans, promoting inclusion, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, person-centered service plans and implement them.
• Provide daily living support, skill development, and personal goal attainment.
• Assist with transportation and access to community resources.
• Promote community inclusion, relationships, and valued social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment; document accurately.
