Open Sky Community Services is hiring a Residential Counselor to support individuals in achieving independence within residential and community-based settings. You will assist with daily living activities, community participation, and personal goal attainment while promoting safety and well-being.

The role emphasizes person-centered planning, advocacy, and building meaningful relationships, with opportunities to engage in community inclusion and skill development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable, eager to learn, and open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service plans and implement them.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with transportation and community resources as needed.
• Promote community inclusion, relationship building, and valued social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
