Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks a Residential Counselor to support individuals in achieving independence and quality of life in residential and community settings. You will assist with daily living activities, skill-building, and personal goals while promoting safety and advocacy.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized service plans, facilitating community access, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service plans and support their implementation.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Help individuals access transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationship building, and personal growth.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for individuals served.
• Review and maintain required documentation accurately and timely.
