CareTech Greenfields Children’s Service in the UK is seeking Residential Support Workers to join a team dedicated to safeguarding and empowering young people. The role involves working in a residential setting with children and young people, supporting daily routines, and delivering person-centred care with trauma-informed practices.

Applicants should hold a full manual driving licence, be prepared for shift patterns (3 on 6 off or 2 on 4 off including Sleep In’s), and commit to ongoing training

Qualifications

• Hold a full manual driving licence
• Able to work shift pattern of 3 on 6 off or 2 on 4 off including Sleep In’s
• Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced residential care environment
• Enjoy activities and engaging with children and young people including arts and crafts and outdoor games

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support to children and young people in a residential setting
• Engage in activities and create a safe, nurturing environment
• Assist with daily routines, development activities and safeguarding requirements
