Job summary

You will provide personalized, strengths-based peer support in the center and in the community, guiding members toward their personal recovery goals. Responsibilities include recovery planning, progress reviews, and building an empowering, collaborative environment for clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Recovery Coach Academy and certification within 12 months.
• Ability to use an Electronic Health Record to document services.
• Strong communication, follow-through, collaboration, and customer service.
• Proficient in Windows OS and MS Office; able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, strengths-based peer support to individuals in recovery.
• Engage one-on-one with members in center and community settings.
• Conduct recovery planning sessions and monitor progress toward goals.
• Foster a supportive, empowering environment for recovery journeys.
