Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of uninterrupted recovery required; achievement of 3-5 years preferred.
• Recovery coach certification within the first 12 months of employment.
• Ability to use an Electronic Health Record for documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Promoting recovery and removing barriers to recovery.
• Serving as a personal guide and mentor for those in recovery.
• Modeling recovery principles at all times.
• Linking to recovery-oriented support services.
