Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Recovery Coach Academy certification within 12 months of employment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, strengths-based peer support as mentor and guide.
• Engage one-on-one with members in center and community to support recovery goals.
• Conduct recovery planning sessions and track progress in informal records.
• Foster a supportive environment for individuals on their recovery journey.
