Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice Careers seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with mobility impairments in the home health setting. You will use physical modalities to improve mobility, independence, and daily living skills, guided by physician orders and a plan of care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities.
• Aim to improve mobility and function, independence in self-care, and daily living skills.
• Provide skilled care to clients per physician orders and the plan of care under supervision of the Branch Director.
