Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to examine and treat patients in the home care setting. You will help patients improve mobility and daily living using physical modalities and our specialty programs.

Requirements include an active PT license in the state, at least one year of clinical experience preferred, knowledge of current therapy practices, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current therapy practices.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and daily living.
• Utilize specialty programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, total hip/knee replacement, and total shoulder replacement to aid patients.
