Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to help residents regain function in a skilled nursing facility. You will implement treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and monitor progress under licensed supervision.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree and an active PTA license; strong computer skills and familiarity with EHR systems are expected. Full-time and PRN options are available at multiple facilities across Virginia.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited college.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the state.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs, including EHR.

Responsibilities

• Return residents to optimal physical function and support therapy goals in SNF.
• Educate patients in exercises and activity modification to maintain function after discharge.
• Document care in the EHR and coordinate with the therapy team for ongoing progress.
