Saber Healthcare Group is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility therapy team. You will work to restore residents’ function, educate patients, and guide independent exercise programs, with a focus on discharge readiness and functional improvement.

We offer Full-Time and Part-Time schedules Monday–Friday, with on-site duties and comprehensive benefits. Requires an Associate’s Degree in PTA and an active PTA license; EHR proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of work.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate software including EHR.

Responsibilities

• Return resident to optimal physical function and achieve therapy goals in SNF.
• Instruct patients for maintenance post-discharge via education and independent exercise.
• Modify activities to fit patient needs and coordinate with care team.
