Job summary

Envision Unlimited, based in Chicago, IL, seeks a Program Coordinator for Community Day Services. You will design meaningful experiences, help members access community resources, and support personal goals within a compassionate team.

Responsibilities include planning activities, advocating for member goals, coordinating daily programming, supervising staff, and assisting with benefits and services while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or related social service field preferred (not required).
• One year of full-time related work experience.
• Must be able to meet qualifications of QIDP - (Have at least one year of verifiable experience working in Social Services).

Responsibilities

• Plan activities with members to promote joy, growth, and community connection.
• Advocate for members’ goals and ensure their voices are heard in planning meetings.
• Coordinate and oversee daily programming at the center and in the community.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff to provide quality support.
• Assist members in accessing benefits, services, employment, and advocacy resources.

Education
