Job summary

Envision Unlimited is seeking a Program Coordinator to support each member in coordinating all aspects of their program, including activities within the CDS center, in the community, and maintenance of the member file.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social service field is preferred.
• One year of full-time related work experience required.
• Must meet qualifications for QIDP (two years of verifiable experience in Social Services).

Responsibilities

• Ascertain member wishes regarding programming.
• Coordinate, supervise, and monitor staff and member activities to ensure training programs and activities are correctly implemented.
• Support member advocacy to ensure PCP/Implementation Strategy reflects the member's wishes.
• Assist members in attending meetings (PCP, BMC, HRC) and advocating for their wishes.
• Maintain member records and ensure access to community activities.
