Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program is required.
• Certified Occupational Therapist or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania is required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to end of orientation
