Job summary

Fairlane Gardens at Reading is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team on a PRN basis in Reading, PA.

You will perform OT evaluations, develop treatment plans, address ADLs and mobility, document progress, and work with an interdisciplinary team to promote resident independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current PA OT license.
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, treatments, and interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques.
