Job summary

Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, direct, plan and provide therapy for patients of all ages, helping them achieve maximum functional independence. You will document care and results in the medical record following department policies and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires ACOTE-accredited OT degree with clinical rotations, current state licensure, and AHA BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Active OT license in the state of employment with license within 3 months if temporary.
• AHA BLS certification prior to orientation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, direct, plan and provide OT treatment for patients of all ages.
• Document care and treatment outcomes in the medical record per policy.
